Detailed description below, please make sure you read its entirely.  What to expect: Perfect boat to spend quality time with your loved ones, making memories on this 19ft Maxum private boat. Sits 6 comfortable and has open front end to enjoy early morning sunrises and sundowns. It can tow a 2 seater towable inflatable (can provide upon request).  Boat: Maxum XR1900, 19ft boat sits 6 comfortable (7 w/ captain), 900lbs max weight capacity, gets yearly maintenance and is properly winterized during off season. Has a 120 Force outboard - can pull a 2 seater inflatable tube, great sounds system, and bimini top (removable upon request).   Fresh water only, No ocean.  Renter Captains: May NOT operate the vessel under the influence of any substance for your and passengers safety - anything can happen while having fun. Plus you will get a DUI if pulled over by the Sheriff (yes, there is patrolling in the water).  Unruly behavior will not be tolerated - once safety and water law is compromised, the rental will be terminated immediately without a refund. The boat is registered and can be banned by the lakes if cited for infractions. (e.g. driving on wrong side of lake, having child without a life vest, not using safety orange flags, speeding through wake/slow zones, getting too close to another boat) Safer to get a Captain if unsure on how to use a boat.  Pricing description below: (fuel, life vests, ropes, inflatable 2 seater tube and emergency equipment is included at no extra charge) My time starts at the time we agree to meet up at the lake.  There is a $1,500 deposit in the event anything is damaged, broken or missing - deposit will be returned within 2-5 days. Any infractions with the water law, you will automatically loose your deposit.  Rate: $150 per hour (2hr minimum), $500 half day/4hrs, $850 full day - until the lake closes Captain: $65 per hour, or $250 per day (Captain holds a California Boaters Card License)  Private lessons: $450 (4hrs)- includes: trailer hitching & haul around the dock, docking etiquette, how to: pass boat inspection, docking, maneuvering in/out of boat dock, boat driving - lake rules, safety equipment, emergency situations, and captain responsibilities. No deposit required.  Renting and picking up: If you are renting without a Captain you must provide proof of California Boaters Card, no exceptions. Must have experience operating a boat. Must have a towable vehicle SUV or pickup that can tow no less than 4,000lbs with a 2" hitch (hitch can be provided). You are 100% fully responsible and liable if anything happens while the boat & trailer is in your possession. By accepting, you agree to these terms and conditions. IF SO, time to have some fun!  Delivery drop off fee (no captain): In the event you don't have a towable vehicle and/or would prefer drop off - $275 (Castaic, Pyramid, Piru) $375 (Silverwood and Perris) any other lakes rates vary.
