We had a wonderful afternoon on John's boat! He made a delicious lunch and we saw some beautiful parts of SE Alaska. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore this very special part of the world. Can't do Juneau without getting out on the water!

Go Fishing on 22' Hewescraft Pro V 200 Fishing Boat in Seward, Alaska

We rented out of Seward before our cruise. Rental and communication were seamless and effortless. Boat was well equipped and maintained. We weren’t going to fish, but dropped a line as an after thought. Caught a Pacific Cod! We highly recommend Ryan and his boats to anyone seeking a day of self-guided adventure. Our trip was amazing!! We had an amazing time boating in Resurrection Bay! The boat was in condition and reliable. We were provided with all the fishing gear and caught a lot of halibut and rock fish. Views of the glacier and amazing landscape were beautiful from the boat.

Definitely something for experienced boaters only, but it was awesome! They give you advice on when/where to fish. In Resurrection Bay, so many places to explore. We were able to find a calm cove where we cooked fresh caught salmon and watched a humpback whale feeding right next to us! Super helpful with everything and would definitely rent from them again.

Everything worked out great. Frank, the transport guy was very friendly and helpful. Daniel (I think that was his name) was also friendly and helpful, even when a couple of our requests were a little confusing. The time frame for using the boat was very flexible. Will use again when we return
