Great experience from Start to finish. Great communication, very accommodating, fun boat! Will do it again soon. My only complaint was the weather but the boat handled it well. Great boat and great folks to work with! We will definitely be back for more fun.
From booking to rescheduling the next day due to the weather the communications with Matthew were clear and awesome. His vessel was super clear. The interactions with Matthew was super fun. Most importantly he pulled up on an area where we had a great view of dolphins. If I could give 10 stars I would. I recommend Matthew if you really want the fun experience out on the water.
Captain Randy was thorough in answering all of my inquiries regarding our trip and in a very timely fashion regarding booking details from the beginning. Captain Brian who led our group for our scheduled day was absolutely AMAZING!!!!!! Hands down. My family and I knew this would be a great experience but he made it astounding and unforgettable for sure. The memories we've been able to add to our collection would not have been possible if it weren't for this awesome team. Thank you Brian, for ensuring not only our safety BUT also such a memorable event for our family fun-filled weekend. I speak on behalf of my entire crew that we highly recommend to others AND we WILL do this again! Great job guys!
