As a USCG Master Captain and first time user of GetMyBoat, I was fairly skeptical of the process. Through the app, I was able to ask Rory questions by text to get more comfortable and he was very patient with me. Rory delivered an upgraded experience, a safe and clean boat and timely departure and retrieval. The price we paid was fair and we had an amazing day on the water as a family. We will definitely rent from Rory again.
Rented from Rory several times and it’s always been a GREAT experience. Our boat was missing a tow rope for wakeboard so Rory drive us one and met us near where we were. Despite 30 mins in traffic! Above and beyond - even gave us some wakeboard/ski tips!! :) boat was in great shape. Can’t wait to go out again.
Rory and the boat were great all around. Highly recommend, A+ in all categories. He was able to be flexible with us and had a beach pick up and drop off that went very smoothly. Marc was ready and waiting for us when we came back in.
Excellent experience overall!! Entire process was streamlined and went smoothly from pick up to drop off. The boat is in great condition and Adrian goes above and beyond making sure you have a great experience. My Wife and I took our kids (9 & 10 yrs) out and they had a blast, now they won’t stop asking when we can go again. We fished a little, cruised around and checked out some sandbars to swim. Adrian had tons of additional amenities that made it an even better and easier time on the water. Couldn’t have asked for a better process & experience, certainly recommend and definitely know where to go when we go next time.
Great communication. Made everything super easy and delivered to boat ramp closest to us. My son was super excited to drive (15 yrs and completed boat safety course as required). We had a great time!! Would highly recommended!
Adrian was very professional: however, remained very friendly. Adrian offered us a few more hours due to another client cutting their trip short. The boat was in a clean and orderly condition. He also plaved ice in the cooler as well as offered snacks or any requests that we may had. We will definitely utilize this service from Adrian in the future. The Gaskin's from Pascagoula, MS.
