All rentals must be reserved in advance—this gives us time to prepare your vessel and make sure it’s all spruced up for your adventure! **2. Arrival Time** We know you’re eager to hit the waves, but please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and get your sea legs. If you're running a bit late, give us a holler! **3. No-Show Policy** In the unfortunate event that you don’t make it (we’ll miss you!), here’s how we handle no-shows: - **Same-Day Cancellation:** If you need to cancel on the day of your booking, or if you don’t show up at all, we’ll have to keep 100% of your rental fee. No Worries!** A little drizzle won’t sink our spirits! we know you’re okay with a few sprinkles, so are we. Just bring a jacket! **3. Stormy Seas** If Mother Nature decides to stir things up with strong winds, heavy rain, or any kind of rough weather, we may need to reschedule or cancel your trip for safety reasons. In this case, you’ll have the option to: - **Reschedule:** Pick a new date and time to set sail. - **Refund:** We’ll gladly refund your full rental fee. **Pro Tip:** Always check the weather forecast before your trip and feel free to reach out to us if you’re unsure.
