Pontoon Boat Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions This agreement is made between the Pontoon Boat Owner nd the renter for the rental of a pontoon boat located at Portage Lakes State Park. 1. Rental period: The rental period commences from the date and time specified in the reservation and ends on the specified date and time. Any extension or modification of the rental must be approved by the rental company. 2. Rental fee: The renter agrees to pay the rental fee and any other charges specified, including a security deposit if required, using the payment method accepted by the rental company, such as credit card or debit card. 3. Cancellation policy: The rental company has a cancellation policy that applies to all reservations. If the renter cancels the reservation within 5 Days of the rental start date, there will be no refund. However, if the reservation is canceled outside of 5 Days, the rental company will refund 100% of the rental fee. If inclement weather is scheduled for the day of boat rental , the renter May request a cancellation and be accepting of 100% refund . 4. Boat operation: The renter acknowledges that they have sufficient knowledge and skills to operate the pontoon boat and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The renter agrees to use the boat in a responsible and safe manner 5. Damage policy: The renter is fully liable for any damage or loss incurred to the pontoon boat during the rental period, unless it is caused by normal wear and tear. The rental company reserves the right to charge the renter for any repairs or replacement of equipment and accessories damaged by the renter. 6. The rental company will provide the pontoon boat with a full tank of fuel. We will supply the gas as needed. 7. Late returns: If the renter returns the pontoon boat later than the agreed-upon return time, the rental company reserves the right to charge a late fee. The late fee will be based on the hourly rental rate and calculated for each hour beyond the return time. 8. Towing: The renter is not allowed to tow or be towed by another vessel using the pontoon boat. 9. Contact information: The rental company will provide contact information for any questions or issues that may arise during the rental period. The renter agrees to contact the rental company for any problems encountered during the rental period.
