No-Show & Late Arrivals Please arrive 15–20 minutes before departure. Guests who do not show or arrive late and miss the boat will not be eligible for a refund. Bookings All charters must be reserved in advance with a confirmed booking. A credit card is required to hold your spot. Private and semi-private cruises fill quickly, so early booking is encouraged! Safety Our vessels are fully licensed and insured, and all required safety gear and life jackets are provided. Children under 12 must wear a life jacket while underway. The captain and crew are certified and trained to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. Courtesy & Consideration Please be respectful of other guests, the crew, and the marine environment.
