Rates: • 2 Hours: $600 • 3 Hours: $800 PLEASE READ BEFORE INQUIRING: We do NOT operate in the Harbor or Shem Creek. Please do not ask. Please DO tell us what kind of group you are so we can better help you to plan. Due to the sheer volume of requests (99% of which do not respond to our questions or attempt to find suitable times), we will be responding to serious inquiries only. Thank you. What You Can Expect: Watch wild dolphins from aboard the Tideline, while enjoying a flexible, lightly structured and exhilarating adventure through our beautiful salt marsh. We include a beachcombing stop on historic Morris Island. Your captain guides the Tideline into the shallows, tests his luck with a cast net, or checks one of our blue crab traps. Perfect for groups or parties of up to 12. Expect to see wild dolphins! Trips start at 2 hours, but we're happy to do longer if you'd like. Things to Bring • Water • Hat, Sunglasses • Sunscreen • Bathing suit (for swimmers!) • A light jacket • Snacks • BYOB (no glass bottles or red wine please!) Gratuity for the captain is not included. Joe was awesome! He got us out of stinky areas, brought us to multiple sand bars and was great conversation! We originally had a catamaran booked for the same price for Friday (4 star of value) but cancelled due to weather. We were able to get on with Joe last minute on Saturday and had a great time! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great fun experience. There were 8 ladies so the boat was perfect for our group size. Captain was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us a great tour; the sandbar stop was a pleasant surprise. We saw some dolphins and even witnessed Dolphins strand feeding. He kept us safe so the 2 non-boaters felt very comfortable and even go up to dance. We had an amazing time and recommend this boat.

Captain was amazing and suggested places for us to check out on our boat tour and brought us to where we wanted to go. Very accommodating and dropped us off in a convenient location. Would definitely recommend! Loved that there was a cooler and ice on board for us to use.

We saw wild dolphins up close and found lots of shells while walking on Morris Island. Cpt. Weatherly was so patient with our crew of 5 little ones. Overall is was a great experience and we will book this Captain and boat again next year!

Frequently Asked Question How many people does the boat hold? Up to 12 people. There can be no exceptions to this. No matter how small they are children count as a person. If your group is larger, let us know and we will secure a second boat to take out your whole party! If you are a small group not looking for a private tour we will combine you with others. IF your group does have more than 12 please let us know. We have added a boat that can hold 18 and can tell you if it's available that day. Where do your tours depart? We leave from the Sunset Cay Marina, Folly Beach. Is there a restroom on the boat? No, but there is one at the marina! On the water we use the 'loo with a view'! How early should we arrive? Please plan to be at the dock 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Keep in mind that traffic can be very backed up coming onto the island on summer weekends and plan accordingly. Are children safe? We provide lifejackets for children 12 and under or you may bring your own if you prefer. Are alcoholic beverages allowed on the boat? Yes, tours are BYOB and you are welcome to bring a cooler. Note that there is no trash can on the boat! Is tipping customary? Tipping is not required, but as in any service industry is appreciated for a job well done. How much is up to you, but it's a similar rule of thumb as any other tipping situation. Directions to the Marina: We depart from Sunset Cay Marina on Folly Beach. The address is 66 W. 9th St. Ext. From Center St. (heading onto Folly Beach, towards the ocean) turn Right at the stoplight onto W. Ashley Ave. Go down 9 blocks and turn Right on 9th block. Follow the road to the left, there will be a sign that says "marina". Park in the lot to the right and proceed across the footbridge over the marsh towards the water. You will see a gravel/dirt road to the right, and continue down it towards the dark green marina building. We will meet you up by the picnic tables!
