- Rental Terms & Policies Delivery: We’ll drop off and pick up the boat for you — easy and hassle-free. Deposit: A $500 refundable deposit is required. Fuel: Boat comes full. You pay for what you use. Running Late? Please show up 15 minutes early to load up. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your start time may be pushed back (but your return time stays the same). A $50 fee applies if we have to return to the ramp. No-Shows: If we don’t hear from you by your scheduled time, it’s a cancellation with no refund. Rental Agreement: We’ll email it to you after booking. Just sign before your trip. Cancellations: Cancel 72+ hours in advance for a full refund. Weather: Wind or rain? We may cancel or reschedule. We'll prorate your rental if you head out but cut the trip short (only due to weather) Experience Required: Drivers must know what they’re doing. No first-timers, please.
