Rental Policies & Rules - Weather Cancellations: If unsafe weather is forecasted (high winds, storms, lightning), rentals may be rescheduled or refunded at owner’s discretion. - Late or No-Show: Late arrivals cut into your rental time. No-shows forfeit their booking fee. - Fuel: Rentals come with a full tank. Renter is responsible for refueling or paying for gas used. - Safety Requirements: All riders must wear a life jacket at all times. Operator must be 18+ with valid ID. - Boat Rules: No reckless driving, alcohol consumption, or towing without prior approval. Follow all local boating laws. - Damage & Deposit: Any damage or lost equipment will be deducted from the security deposit.
