One of the fascinating aspects of Sausalito is the number of houseboats that make their home there. Over 400 houseboats currently reside in the area and renting one can be a unique and pleasant experience for you and your family. While you are staying in Sausalito, be sure to enjoy water activities such as paddle boarding and harbor diving.
Sausalito has many exceptional attributes, but arguably its best is its location. The San Francisco Bay is expansive, and there are a variety of fun ways to explore it. From sea kayaking to sailing, SUP Yoga classes to powerboating or motor yachting, there are so many ways to enjoy boating in this Californian treasure.
Poised on the San Francisco Bay at the northern end of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, Sausalito has been by turns the home of several bootleggers’ operations during Prohibition, a shipbuilding center during World War II, and has now assumed a new identity as a haven for artists, as well as a charming residential district and boater’s paradise. It enjoys a Mediterranean climate, but the brisk breezes off of the Bay help keep it cool and fresh year round.
Captain Timothy will make sure that you have a great experience. He was so fun and and attentive. We are lookin go forward to booking again!

Such an awesome experience!! Perfect for a 30th birthday celebration with 25 guests! Good communication and true to the listing!
This is one of the most wonderful experiences I've had lately. Captain Timothy and Shannon were simply great. They're friendly, funny, helpful, considerate while also respecting the customers' privacy. They have all the stuff that the guests would need for a dine in, and all mounts/holders yacht friendly. I planned spending the day in the yacht for my spouse's bday and he was mindblown. Captain Timothy offered and helped him with the champagne sword, and he just loved it. There would cheaper yacht options available, but I was keen on this one since it has lot of amenities.i wanted...cabin, speakers, microwave, refrigerator, heaters, blankets, cutlety etc. It was worth every penny, and I definitely highly recommend this one to anyone who wants an amazing dayout experience.
