1. Responsibility for Damage: The Renter is fully responsible for any damage to the Sea-Doo GTX during the rental period, including repairs or replacement costs, regardless of fault. 2. No Beaching: The Renter agrees not to beach the Sea-Doo (i.e., drive it onto sand or shore), as this may cause significant scratches and damage. An anchor is provided for docking. 3. Distance from Beach: The Renter agrees to keep the Sea-Doo at least 15 feet from the beach to avoid rocks and potential damage. 4. Fuel: The Renter agrees to pay for fuel fill up upon return of Sea-Doo. Cost will vary $40-70 depending on remain fuel gage. 5. Condition and Inspection: The Renter acknowledges receiving the Sea-Doo in good working condition and agrees to return it in the same condition, normal wear and tear excepted. 6. Use and Operation: •  The Renter agrees to operate the Sea-Doo in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and manufacturer guidelines. •  The Renter must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. •  No alcohol consumption or operation under the influence is permitted while riding or operating the Sea-Doo. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and forfeiture of all fees paid. 7. No Unauthorized Users: Only the Renter (and any additional authorized operators listed below) may operate the Sea-Doo. Unauthorized use voids this agreement. 8. Insurance: The Owner maintains insurance on the Sea-Doo, but the Renter is responsible for any deductibles or costs not covered by insurance. 9. Liability: The Renter assumes all liability for injuries, property damage, or losses caused by their use of the Sea-Doo and agrees to indemnify the Owner against any claims.
