Rental Policies & Important Information - Safety First: All operators must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID. Life jackets are provided and must be worn at all times while operating the watercraft. - Security Deposit: A refundable $500 security deposit per jet ski is required prior to departure. Fuel charges, damages, excessive cleaning, or policy violations may be deducted from the deposit. - Fuel Policy: Jet skis are provided with a full tank of fuel. A $50 fuel charge per jet ski will be deducted from the security deposit upon return to cover fuel usage. - Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. Rentals may be rescheduled or refunded in the event of severe weather, unsafe lake conditions, or other circumstances that make operation unsafe. Light wind or typical summer conditions do not qualify for weather cancellations. - Late Returns: Late returns may be subject to additional fees unless prior arrangements have been approved. - No-Shows: Failure to arrive at the scheduled rental time without prior communication may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of rental fees. - Boat Rules: No reckless operation, racing, towing, beaching the jet skis, operating under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or allowing unauthorized operators. Renters are responsible for following all California boating laws and regulations. - Pre-Rental Orientation: A brief safety and operational walkthrough will be provided before departure to ensure all guests are comfortable and confident operating the jet skis.
