A valid C Class Driver's License is a required (renter is required to show id before departure) for operating the boat. Kindly ensure you bring your Driver's License to present it to the owner. Only drivers who are sober are permitted to operate the vessel. Please note that no refunds will be provided if you decide to return the boat earlier than the agreed rental period on the day of your reservation. For your safety and adherence to regulations, it is strictly prohibited to venture beyond the harbor with this boat. It is not intended for ocean travel. To ensure a smooth departure, we kindly request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This will allow ample time for boat instruction, safety guidelines, and the signing of the Release of Liability Waiver. Smoking is strictly prohibited on this vessel, in accordance with our policies. Please be aware that fishing is not permitted within the harbor area. Any and all expenses incurred for the repair of any damage caused by you or your party to the boat will be charged to the credit card associated with the reservation.
