Renter must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license. A valid photo ID and matching card are required at check-in. Renter is financially responsible for any damage or loss. No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early returns. Guests may reschedule their reservation one time with at least 7 day notice. If we cancel due to weather or other operational issues, you'll receive a rebooking credit for the full value of your reservation. Boats must remain within designated areas of the harbor (no ocean use). A signed waiver is required at check-in.
