There is a $100 security deposit reserved for any damages done to the boat or for the overextension of your rental time. *Normal C Class Drivers License is required to operate the boat. Please bring your Drivers' License to provide to the owner. The sober driver only. No refunds are given if you choose to return the boat early on the day of your rental No venturing outside of the harbor. This boat does not travel out to the ocean The canvas top is not to be removed or undone in any way Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for boat instruction, safety rules, and to sign the Release of Liability Waiver. Smoking is not permitted on this vessel Fishing is not permitted in the harbor Any and all costs associated with the repair of damage(s) done to the craft by you and/or your party will be charged to the credit card on file for the reservation
