Four Winns Vista 355 Coupe OB Motor Yacht at Huntington Harbour

- Included area: within marina/inlet/harbor. - Out-to-Sea add-on required to exit the inlet (subject to weather/USCG conditions). Captain has absolute discretion for safety. - Passenger count limited by USCG/vessel capacity; all passengers must follow crew instructions. - No shoes on deck; no confetti or glitter; drone use must comply with FAA and local rules. - Client may not operate the yacht. - Client is responsible for permits, location permissions, parking, and any film office requirements. - Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming owner as Additional Insured & Loss Payee is required for commercial shoots; otherwise a refundable security deposit is required. - Standard hours 7am–10pm. Overtime billed in 1-hr increments. - Final call on safety, weather delays, and routing rests with the owner/captain. - Client is responsible for all damage to vehicle/vessel caused by client, crew, talent, or vendors. Security deposit and/or insurance claim may be applied. - No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials. No smoking/vaping inside the car or yacht interior. - Owner/captain may pause or terminate the session with no refund if unsafe or non-compliant behavior occurs. - Rental grants prop/location use only; media ownership remains with client/creator. We appreciate credit where appropriate. - Cancellations ≥ 7 days before shoot: retainer refundable less 10% admin. - 6–2 days: retainer non-refundable; date change allowed once, subject to calendar. - 48 hours: full booking is due. - Weather: we allow one complimentary reschedule if the owner/captain deems conditions unsafe. - You're welcome to bring your own food and drinks! We ask that all food be finger foods or boat-safe items only; nothing that requires cooking or could create a mess on deck. Think charcuterie boards, sandwiches, fruit, snacks, and pre-made appetizers. No glass onboard.
