Our boat is a very welcoming and relaxed environment. We welcome you to come aboard and enjoy everything the boat and the beautiful SoCal Coast have to offer! We are more than happy to cater to any special occasion. Balloons, flowers, drone photography, you name it! Just send your request via the GetMyBoat messaging app. Likewise, we can arrange small bites, BBQ meats or supplies, and non-alcoholic beverages of your choice for a small fee. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to use any of the additional water toys mentioned in our listing, or we can inflate any of your personal toys! Please read through the Boat Rental Agreement below. By booking this boat, you expressly agree to the terms of the below Rental Agreement.   BOAT RENTAL AGREEMENT This Boat Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Boat Owner (“Owner”), and (“Renter”) for the rental of the boat described below: Boat Description: Make and Model: Trojan Sport Fisher Identification Number: 953046 Year: 1989 Rental Period: As agreed upon during booking through GetMyBoat.Com Rental Fee: The rental fee is determined at the time of booking and can vary depending on season, party requirements, special needs, etc. A deposit (Security Allowance) of $300, for incidentals, excessive cleaning fees, excessive fuel use due to unforeseen circumstances or Acts of God will be held and refunded at the end of the rental period if the boat is returned undamaged and without cause. Payment Terms: The rental fee will be debited from Renters account upon completion of the trip. The deposit (Security Allowance) will be refunded after completion of the trip. Insurance Requirements: Owner is responsible for all insurances. Safety Equipment: The boat is equipped with all necessary safety equipment, life jackets, floatation devices, fire extinguishers, etc. The Renter is responsible for ensuring their own safety while on the boat. In the event of an emergency, the captain will provide all necessary equipment as well as instruction to ensure the safety of the guests. Usage Restrictions: The Renter agrees to use the boat safely, whilst maintaining common sense.  and agrees not to engage in any prohibited activities, including but not limited to: Jumping off the boat while the boat is in motion, hanging off the side of the boat while the boat is in motion, drinking excessively, purposefully mishandling or damaging boat or boat property, littering overboard. The Renter must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while on board or operating the boat. Maintenance and Repairs: The Renter must report any damage or needed repairs to the boat to the Owner immediately and follow the Owner’s instructions for reporting and authorizing repairs. The Renter is responsible for all damages caused to the boat during the rental period. Cancellation Policy: If the Renter cancels this Agreement at least 3 days prior to the start of the rental period, 100% of the funds will be refunded. If the Renter cancels within 2 days of the start of the rental period, 50% of the funds will be refunded. The security allowance will not be held or charged. Indemnification and Hold Harmless: The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its agents from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from the rental or use of the boat, including but not limited to: Loss of personal property, injury, death. We have three captains to choose from Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
