Trips may be canceled or rescheduled at the Captain’s discretion due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. For the safety and care of the vessel, please observe the following rules: Onboard - Shoes off when stepping onto the white deck areas. - No smoking. Vapes are fine in the open air. - Please follow the captain's instructions at all times — especially when we're moving. - Please stay off the rails and keep seated while underway. - Guests may not operate the steering, engine, navigation or any other controls. Food and drink - Bring your own food and drinks — cans and plastic only, no glass. - No red wine. - Please skip heavy-staining snacks: chamoy, Tajín, Cheetos, Doritos and anything with strong red or orange dye. - Lotion sunscreen only — spray sunscreen stains the deck and makes it slippery. - No glitter or confetti. Heads - Nothing goes down the marine toilet except what came out of you. No paper, wipes or feminine products — there's a bin beside it. If something gets damaged - Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by breaking these rules. A cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply. All guests must follow the Captain’s safety instructions while onboard.
