Trips may be canceled or rescheduled at the Captain’s discretion due to unsafe weather or sea conditions. For the safety and care of the vessel, please observe the following rules: - Shoes must be removed when entering designated white/deck areas to avoid scuffing. - Do not flush toilet paper, feminine products, wipes, or any other items down the marine toilet. - Guests may not touch or operate the vessel’s steering, engine, navigation, or other control systems. - Smoking is not permitted onboard. Electronic cigarettes/vapes are allowed in outdoor areas. - No red wine, glass beer bottles, glitter, confetti, or similar materials are permitted onboard. - Please avoid strongly staining foods or products such as chamoy, Tajín, Cheetos, Doritos, or other items containing heavy red/orange dyes. - Spray-on sunscreen or tanning products are not permitted. Lotion sunscreen is recommended. - Guests are welcome to bring prepared food, non-prohibited drinks, and personal supplies. - Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by violation of these rules. A special cleaning fee of up to $500 may apply. All guests must follow the Captain’s safety instructions while onboard.
