Rental Terms Trip Duration: Each trip aboard is approximately 3 hours long, including travel time to and from Crab Island. Check-In & Departure: Guests must check in at least 30 minutes prior to departure time. Late arrivals may result in forfeited reservations without a refund. What's Included: - 3-hour guided cruise to Crab Island - Use of onboard floats and paddleboards - Licensed captain and crew - Music, shade, and lounging space Onboard Purchases: Snacks, beer, wine, sodas, and bottled water are available for purchase on board. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome. What to Bring: - Towels, sunscreen, and swimsuits - Valid ID for passengers 21+ who wish to purchase alcohol - Credit/debit card or cash for onboard purchases Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of departure are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather or unsafe boating conditions, we will reschedule your trip or offer a full refund. Weather Policy: Trips run rain or shine, but we prioritize safety. Captain reserves the right to cancel or alter trips due to inclement weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Minimum Age & Safety: All ages are welcome! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Life jackets are provided and required for children under 6 while onboard. Gratuity: Tips for the crew are not included in the booking price but are greatly appreciated.
