Booking Policies & Important Information Weather Cancellations: Trips may be rescheduled or refunded at the captain’s discretion in the event of unsafe weather conditions (high winds, storms, or rough seas). Light rain alone does not qualify for cancellation. Trips canceled due to inclement weather are 100% refunded up to and including the day of the charter. Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Charter time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals will not be extended. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable. Safety Requirements: All passengers must follow captain instructions at all times. Life jackets are provided and required for children and during certain conditions. Excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior will result in termination of the trip without refund. Boat Rules: - No smoking inside the cabin - No bronzers or tinted sunscreen - Shoes may be removed depending on conditions - Guests are responsible for any damages caused during the trip General Considerations: The captain reserves the right to modify the itinerary for safety, weather, or mechanical reasons. Your safety and experience are the top priority.
