Requirements and Restrictions - All guests must follow captain and crew instructions - Children must be supervised at all times - No illegal substances or unsafe behavior permitted onboard - Trip routes and duration may vary based on weather and water conditions - Guests must arrive on time—late arrivals may not be accommodated Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure receive a full refund minus a booking fee (13%). Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable unless Trip Protection was purchased. No-shows are non-refundable. Reservations may be changed for free 24+ hours in advance (based on availability). If weather is unsafe, we may delay, reschedule, or refund at our discretion. Trip Protection (Optional): Add Trip Protection for 13% of your total to cancel for any reason up to 30 minutes before departure. You’ll receive a refund of your ticket price minus the Trip Protection fee. Rescheduling is always a possibility based on availability. No-Show Policy Reservations not claimed within two (2) hours of the scheduled departure time will be considered a No Show. At that time, the vessel may be released and returned to availability for other customers. No refunds or credits will be issued for no-show reservations.
