Clients must be present at the pick up location at least 15 mins prior to their reservation. In the case of a late arrival, we reserve the right to discount the time from your appointment. Please call us to discuss rescheduling and cancelling your appointment, it is greatly appreciated. We understand how unpredictable Miami weather can be, therefore we will make every effort to adjust your booking in the event of unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances.
