As such, we have a very strict cancellation policy and ensure all charters must be USCG compliant. After placing your deposit and/or full payment with Get My Boat, a representative will contact you directly, typically by phone. We do require that you sign a Charter Agreement packet via AdobeSign (similar to DocuSign). We will also ask if you have any special requests such as food, drinks, catering, decorations, etc. This provisioning service is offered at an additional cost and your authorization will be required if you choose to have our team stock the boat for you. Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa. At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place. 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late. If agreed to go out by both parties in the fair terms agreed in the booking details we are more than happy to carry on with the trip We intend to structure our booking terms as follows: Full refunds for cancellations made 7 business days in advance, 50% refunds if canceled 5 days in advance, and no refund for same-day or 4 days cancellations or no-shows. The client is responsible for any damages to the boat, equipment, or crew, including behavior under the influence. Captain services and gratuities are negotiated separate.
