Thank you for choosing • Minimum booking: 4 hours. • A USCG-licensed captain is required and is paid by the guest • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure. • Maximum capacity: 12 guests. • No smoking inside the cabin. • Outside food and beverages are welcome. • No red wine, glitter, confetti, or staining substances. • Shoes may be removed onboard at the captain's discretion to help protect the yacht. • Trips may be rescheduled in the event of unsafe weather conditions at the captain's discretion. • Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the charter. • By booking, guests agree to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain and crew.
