Enjoy a day in luxury aboard our 55ft Sea Ray Sundancer on Lake Pontchartrain! Accommodating up to 12 passengers, this stunning vessel is available for private charter. Please note that the rates do not include fees for the captain and crew. Rate: - Hourly: $250/hour for groups of 1-6 passengers - Hourly: $300/hour for groups of 7-12 passengers - Minimum booking of 2 hours When making a booking, you will notice a separate "Captain Cost" in addition to the "Boat Cost". This distinction is maintained to ensure compliance with Bareboat charter regulations. As the charterer, you have the option to hire your own qualified captain with proper credentials to operate the vessel, or you may choose to utilize one of our experienced captains if you prefer. The captain/operator fee is typically $50 per hour. Get My Boat will collect the "Boat Cost" and "Captain Cost" together when you book your trip, but as this is a Bareboat charter you will be asked to select a captain separately who will be paid directly by Get My Boat. We were in town for a work event and decided to charter a boat for a few hours to enjoy the lake—and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip! Captain Bradley was fantastic—professional, friendly, and made the whole experience seamless and fun. The weather was perfect: warm with a nice breeze, and the food on board was delicious. We cruised around the lake, relaxed, and had an amazing time. In fact, we enjoyed it so much that we’ve already decided to make this our new annual work retreat tradition. I highly recommend Captain Bradley and his company—you won’t be disappointed!

Rules of the vessel: - The toilets are very sensitive and expensive to repair. Do NOT flush ANY man made products down the toilet system. There are waste receptacles in each of the restrooms for used tissue if necessary. Any man made products flushed into the system will clog immediately and compromise both systems resulting in charges made to the full amount of security deposit. - Boat shoes, espadrilles, or sandals are required on board. Other shoes can be removed before boarding and left at the dock. Please remove all footwear before heading below deck. - No smoking, vapes are fine. - Do not step/stand on any of the vinyl seats. - Apply sunscreen before boarding. - Have fun! Please check with the captain if any clarification is needed. All reservations are subject to weather and will ultimately be the captains call. Some examples of foul weather for boating are: - Winds exceeding 15 knots (17mph) - Heavy rain - Fog - Lightning
