Late Return Disclaimer: Please be aware that a late return fee of $35.00 will be incurred for every 15-minute interval beyond the agreed-upon return time based on our pick-up schedule. This measure is necessary to accommodate the needs of other customers and ensure timely availability of our scooters. Should you anticipate a delay or wish to extend your trip, you can contact us to add extra hours at a rate of $65.00 per hour, provided there are no conflicting bookings. Please note that any late return fees or additional hour charges will be billed to the credit card on file. Chargeback Policy: By proceeding with the rental of the equipment and upon delivery and receipt of your rental equipment, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any rights to chargeback the funds for the rental. Once the equipment is delivered and received, all financial transactions related to the rental are considered final and non-refundable. Please ensure that you fully understand this policy before confirming your rental agreement. All attorneys’ fees and costs pertaining to chargeback defenses will be sought directly against you in a Florida Court, and such prevailing party will be entitled to the same. Refund Policy: Any refunds will not be processed back to the credit card. Refunds will be issued through Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, Zelle, or Check. A refund waiver will need to be signed to process the refund. Refunds take 5 business days to process. Cancellation Policy: Guests have the option to cancel their reservation with a full refund minus the booking fee if done at least 24 hours before their scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after this time frame will not qualify for a refund. In case of adverse weather conditions, guests can either reschedule their reservation for a later date/time or receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for no-shows. Changes to reservations can be made without any additional fees as long as they are made outside the 24-hour cancellation window.
