Cancellation Policy Weather Cancellations: If there is heavy rain or thunderstorms customer will be given the option to reschedule or refund with no additional charge Customer Elected Cancellation: If Cancellation is 14 Days or more from the departure date customer can get refunded the Total amount. If Cancellation is any less than 14 Days from the scheduled departure date customer will receive a 50% refund of the total Amount. Reschedule Policy: If Request to Reschedule is 14 Days or more from the departure date customer can get rescheduled with no Rescheduling fee. If Request to reschedule is any less than 14 Days from the scheduled departure date customer will receive a $100 reschedule fee. The overall goal is to ensure our Charter clients have an awesome time. If that’s not achieved initially we will work with you to ensure the most reasonable & fair outcome prevails!
