* Captain-Only Charter A professional, USCG-licensed captain is required. Guests must respect the captain, crew, and vessel. Excessive drinking, disruptive behavior, and reckless conduct are prohibited. * Captain Gratuity Gratuity is not included but is customary and greatly appreciated. * Cleaning and Trash Guests must remove all trash and leave the vessel reasonably clean. Excessive mess may result in a cleaning fee of up to $150. * Biohazard Cleaning Fee Vomiting or other biohazard-related messes may result in a cleaning fee of up to $300, depending on the cleaning required. * Damage Policy The renter is responsible for damage caused by their party beyond normal wear and tear, including all repair, replacement, labor, and service costs. * Food, Beverages, and Alcohol Guests may bring food, beverages, and alcohol. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Excessive drinking and unsafe behavior are prohibited. * Restricted Items Red wine and excessively messy foods are not permitted. All trash must be removed after the charter. * Weather Policy The charter will proceed when conditions are safe. Light rain or cloudy weather does not qualify for cancellation or a refund. The captain may delay, modify, or cancel the charter due to storms, lightning, heavy rain, or strong winds. If canceled for safety reasons, guests may reschedule at no additional charge or adjust the departure time when possible. * Pet Policy—Approval Required Dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please provide the dog’s breed and weight before booking and select the pet add-on if approved. Dogs must be recently groomed with trimmed nails. Additional cleaning may result in a fee of up to $100. * Cancellation Policy • Seven or more days before departure: Full refund • Three to six days before departure: 50% refund • Less than 72 hours before departure: No refund • No-show: No refund * Fourth of July Weekend Reservations are nonrefundable unless canceled at least 30 days before departure. Rescheduling requests must also be submitted at least 30 days in advance and are subject to availability. * Safety Rules Guests must follow the captain’s instructions, remain seated when directed, wear life jackets when required, and avoid diving, standing on seats or railings, or other unsafe conduct. The captain and owner have final authority over all safety decisions. * Assumption of Risk Boating involves risks, including injury, drowning, collision, and property damage. By participating, the renter and guests knowingly assume these risks. * Acceptance and Payment Authorization By booking, the renter accepts these terms for themselves and their guests. The renter authorizes applicable cleaning, damage, and other permitted charges to be collected from the security deposit or payment method on file.
