Guests are responsible for replacing or paying for professional cleaning of any stains caused by prohibited items. Smoking Policy * No smoking inside the cabin. * Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated outdoor areas approved by the captain. * Cigars may only be smoked with captain approval. Damage Policy The charter guest is financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or members of their party. Examples include: * Upholstery stains * Carpet stains * Broken furniture * Broken electronics * Damaged flooring * Torn canvas or vinyl * Broken glass * Lost safety equipment * Excessive cleaning beyond normal use Repair and replacement costs will be charged to the booking party. Excessive Cleaning Fee An additional cleaning fee may be charged for: * Vomit * Food stains * Beverage spills * Glitter or confetti * Excessive trash * Mud or dirty shoes * Bodily fluids Shoes To help protect the yacht: * Soft-soled shoes are recommended. * The captain may request that shoes be removed while onboard. Safety * Life jackets are available onboard. * Guests may not operate the vessel unless authorized by the captain. * The captain’s decisions regarding safety are final. Cancellation Policy * Cancellations made 7 or more days before the charter receive a full refund (excluding any non-refundable booking fees). * Cancellations within 7 days may result in forfeiture of the deposit. * Weather-related cancellations determined by the captain may be rescheduled or refunded. Liability This yacht and its crew are not responsible for: * Lost or stolen personal property * Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions * Delays caused by weather, Coast Guard restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control By booking a charter aboard this yacht the primary guest acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to these policies and accept responsibility for all guests in their party.
