reservations are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions, no more than seven(7) persons including the captain may be on board of vessel (coastguard regulation), $100.00 fee will be deducted for a no show after one (1) hour, renter will be held liable for any and all damages to the vessel including an accident, renter must sign a waiver of liability supplied by owner, boat must be clean when returned if not cleaned there will be a charge for cleaning around $100,renter must acquire a boat slip from the marina, unless a one (1) day rental is in contract. This boat has no towbar for rafting or skiing (as they are not allowed for this boat). Boat renter is required to obtain a rider from their insurance for renting a boat for full liability coverage. Upon the return of this rental, renter must fill the gas tank. If the boat is returned with less gas when rented, the charge per gallon will be $8.00.
