After that, the rental may be canceled with no refund. • Fuel: Fuel is included unless otherwise noted. Excessive use beyond normal operation may incur additional charges. • Damage & Security: Any damages, missing equipment, or excessive cleaning may result in charges up to the posted security allowance. Photos and proof will be provided. • Safety Requirements: All renters must wear life jackets at all times. Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must present a valid boater safety card or temporary certificate. • Age & Experience: Must be 21+ years old to rent and have valid photo ID. Experience operating watercraft is required.
