Enjoy Miami from the waters! Rent an ENJOY MIAMI in 40FT VAN DUTCH for up to 13 people. Rates as low as $135 per hour and a minimum booking of 4-hours. The captain is not included in the rates. Rate: ● Hourly: $135 per hour (4 hours minimum) The captain is to be paid outside of GetMyBoat. If this is a larger boat then the captain's price varies. The reason why captain and fuel cannot be included in the price is that LAW does not allow it. As per Bareboat charter operations, we have to give you options for captains and once you select the captain CHARTERER (person renting the boat) is responsible for paying the captain fee and fuel separate from the GetMyBoat transaction. Captain fee and fuel fee have to be paid the day of the trip. If you have any questions, we can answer those through GetMyBoat’s messaging platform before you pay. Great birthday plan or weekend treat. Boat is so nice and staff is very responsive and accommodating. They work with you and design the itinerary and what you want to do. Plenty of room for storing your food and bottles and belongings, easily seats 8 on the back deck and the interior area is spotless clean and has a dining booth and a clean bathroom and kitchenette. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a perfect experience with our boat and captain Cristian. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. Surprisingly plenty of room for 9, a cooler full of ice ready for our drinks, a bottle of champagne and a captain with experience. We didn’t need to lift a finger and we were super happy with our trip.

WEATHER CANCELATION POLICY Miami is located in a tropical area of the world and has fast changing weather as well as micro-climates. Therefore this may change our route of our trip as sometimes the north may be better than the south or vice versa. At the same time weather pronostics are quite exaggerated here and so this is the reason we have a strict weather cancellation policy that has to be met for any weather cancellations with refund/reschedule to take place. 1. 80% chance of rain or more (Average during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. (PERCENTAGE TAKEN ON AVERAGE OF THE HOURLY RATE/% of RAIN OF THE TOTAL HOUR OF THE TRIP! 2. Winds 25 mph or higher on the day of the rental. (Average HOURLY during your rental period) based on Miami Beach as location. BASED ON GOOGLE WEATHER APP ONLY. - In any other case or situation it will require both parties to agree on a fair term. As a reference we use (hourly) GOOGLE WEATHER website. • If agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be not refunds or rescheduling (Unless spoken about it prior going out).
