From the moment we stepped aboard, everything was top-notch — the yacht was clean, spacious, and super comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean views. The crew was friendly, professional, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. They had great local knowledge and even took us to some scenic spots we never would have found on our own. We brought our own food and drinks, kicked back, and just enjoyed a perfect day cruising the coast. The most important and amazing aspects from Captain Doug, Donna, and his crew are that they are truly communicative (responding within 15 minutes during normal hours) and transparent. I just wanted a small getaway boat for my birthday and they truly made it such a comfortable and fun experience! We went around the harbor and it was not rocky at all. 5-7pm was perfect for pictures and the setting sun because it got cold after 7pm. I reccomend doing it at that time. Can't say enough positive things about Nicholas and our rental experience. We contacted him at 11a for a same day 1p rental time and he was able to accommodate our scehdule. He was just the kindest host and was in consrant communication if we needed anything. His pontoon boat was brand new with a 115 HP engine. Literally the highest performing pontoon boat we've rented. Sparkling clean with a live well for fishing. He also will drop off at most lakes in Southern California, including Big Bear. Just a great guys with a great boat and the best customer service.
