Rental Policies For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, please review the following rental policies before booking: - Weather Policy: Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions, including high winds, lightning, heavy rain, or other conditions deemed unsafe. Safety is our top priority. - Late Arrivals & No-Shows: Please arrive at least 15–30 minutes before your scheduled rental time. Late arrivals may result in shortened rental time. No-shows or cancellations made without advance notice may forfeit the reservation and any applicable payments. - Safety Requirements: All operators must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued photo ID. Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must possess a valid California Boater Card if required by California law. Life jackets must be worn at all times while operating or riding the jet skis. - Boat & Watercraft Rules: Jet skis must be operated responsibly and in accordance with all California boating laws and park regulations. Reckless operation, towing, racing, beaching the watercraft, or operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. - Damage Responsibility: Renters are responsible for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow operating instructions. - Fuel: Both jet skis are provided with full tanks of fuel, which are included in the rental price. - Additional Fees: Lake entrance fees and optional delivery/pick-up fees apply as listed in the rental agreement. - Pricing: Rental rates are subject to change without notice. By booking, renters acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with all rental policies and safety requirements.
