Stand Up Paddleboard Classes in Setúbal

Appreciate and paddle out the beautiful Arrabida  Setúbal! Book a Stand Up Paddleboard Class for as low as €35 per person/hour and minimum booking of 2 hours. Rates: • Hourly: €35 per person (2 hours minimum) What You Can Expect: Classes take place throughout the year and have an average duration of 2 hours. The times may vary depending on the availability of the clients and instructors.  Schedule • 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (winter) • 7:00 pm (Summer) Fridays and Saturdays until sunset Places you can choose for classes and tours: Setubal Arrabida. Start of Class • The event will last approx. Two hours from the scheduled time. • All participants should be punctual, those who are not present at the briefing, can not participate. • All participants must know how to swim. • All participants will be informed of the safety measures and risks during the initial (mandatory) briefing as well as initial rowing techniques. • If there is a minor in the group, a responsible adult should be in the group or in the sand. The safety of children is our priority. • Measurements: We will need the height and approximate weight of the practitioners to take the correct measures of suits and vests for the practice (it is mandatory to use vests) however if the temperature is very high we will only take neoprene wet suit for those who insist. • We advise: Always bring flip flops, sunscreen, swimwear, swimwear or bikini or swimwear and a bottle of water.
