Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to the charter date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of the charter date are non-refundable. Rescheduling: Customers may request to reschedule their charter date at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability. Cancellation by Seatours: In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, Seatours reserves the right to cancel a charter. Customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. No-Show: Customers who do not show up for their charter without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
