To ensure the well-being of all, compliance with the following standards is mandatory: ⚓ 1. Responsible Skipper • The boat is driven by a professional skipper , duly certified. • All skipper's instructions must be followed without exception, especially in maneuvering, safety or emergency situations. • The command area is exclusively accessible to the skipper. 🛟 2. Safety Rules • The use of life jackets will be indicated by the skipper whenever necessary. • Diving with the engine running or while sailing is not allowed. • Children must always be accompanied by a responsible adult. • In case of emergency, follow the skipper's instructions immediately. • It is not allowed to stand on the bow while the vessel is moving. 🤝 3. Conduct and Respect on Board • All passengers must maintain a respectful attitude towards each other and with the skipper. • Aggressive, disrespectful, or actions that jeopardize the peaceful environment on board are not allowed. • The music may be played in a moderate way, respecting the balance between leisure and safety. • Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. 🍾 4. Consumption of Beverages and Substances • The consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed in moderation . • Illicit substances are not allowed under any circumstances. • At any sign of altered or dangerous behavior, the skipper reserves the right to interrupt the experience without the right to a refund. 🧼 5. Conservation and Use of the Vessel • The boat must be kept clean and in good condition throughout the experience . • Throwing garbage into the sea is not allowed - there are own containers on board. • Use of the toilet, kitchen, lounge and dive area must be done with respect and care. • Any damages caused by misuse will be attributed to the customer. 🕒 6. Schedules and Deadlines • The rental starts and ends at the agreed time. Return delays entail additional costs. • Any change in weather or sea conditions may lead to the rescheduling or cancellation of the experience by decision of the skipper, without penalty. 📅 7. Cancellations and Security Deposit • Cancellations must be notified at least 72 hours in advance. • A deposit will be requested at the beginning of the rental, returned after verifying the condition of the vessel.
