Terms and condition of charter - Prices are in Euro, per week & include current VAT 6.5%. Charter period: seven nights / six days. - Prices include: Yacht’s equipment according to their inventory list, harbor fees for first & last charter night. - Water tanks are being refilled from our staff at the bases - Free of charge. - The yachts are being checked thoroughly underwater by professional diver, during every check out procedure. - Diesel cost, mooring fees & canal fees are always at the expense of the client. - Crew list, copy of skipper’s license & arrival details are required the latest one week prior to embarkation - Claims are negotiable, within 15 days from the end of charter. - Charters during special offer period (01.01 – 18.04 & 24.10 – 31.12) are subject to availability, because of winter maintenance works. - During special offer period (01.01 – 18.04 & 24.10 – 31.12) no discounts are applicable.
