In order to provide the best value for our customers and to make rentals affordable, we enforce a strict reimbursement policy for damages occurring during the course of the rental. We don't turn anybody away for inexperience, but please note that some aspects of operating a pontoon boat, such as docking, may cause difficulty for beginners. We’re licensed and insured, Life vest included, over seating capacity, all sizes toddler to XXL Safety and regulatory equipment provided (flares, horn, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, etc) Boat is equipped with Garmin GPS with updated charts and Fish Finder Renters born AFTER January 31, 1988 will be required to have a Boater Safety Card or Coast Guard Boating License.

We came to Cape Coral with a very large group (11 total) and decided on a whim to try and find a boat rental. Most places we looked could not accommodate such a large group and were also super expensive with some having a 3 day min rental period! We in wanted half a day because we had several young children with us. Renting today with George and working with Martin to pick up and drop off was super easy, accommodating and made the time on the water so enjoyable for us!

Boat was very clean and everything worked well. Owner was very friendly and on time. He even offered to come pick the boat up from our dock at no charge. Nice doing business with him. Great option for renting a boat while in Cape Coral area book his boat you won’t regret it.

Would definitely recommend. My family of six booked last minute, and George and Martin were very accommodating. Communication was superb…I thought there was a mechanical issue (which there wasn’t; just a novice not knowing what a blinking light was)…. And the owner was very quick to answer my text and reassure us that everything was good. A+++

• Gas policy: Use your own. Receive with a full tank, return full. Full tank will last for the 8 hour rental period. In case boat is not returned full, fuel charge is $45/quarter tank or any portion of. • Launch time: the agreed upon time when the renter (you) receives the boat. • Return time: the agreed upon time by which the renter (you) must return the boat •All rentals include basic general liability insurance with an $800 deductible. For an extra $25 per day, you may purchase comprehensive insurance coverage for all damages regardless of fault, also with an $800 deductible. Without comprehensive insurance, you are responsible for all new damages for which there isn’t a third party responsible. Comprehensive insurance is payable at the time of launch/delivery. Towing service is included with the rental with or without comprehensive insurance for any reason when needed. Towing service will not be provided if the boat is operated outside of the allowed rental hours (from dusk till dawn in the event of multi-day rentals). Launch and return times strictly enforced. In the event of multi-day rentals, the boat can only be used between the hours of dusk till dawn. No nighttime boating is allowed. It is renter's (your) responsibility to ensure weather conditions will allow for a timely return of the boat. Weather conditions do not relieve renter (you) from the responsibility of returning by agreed-upon return time. Before renter (you) can receive the boat, you agree to show your picture ID in order that we may take a picture of it. Upon request, you can do the same to the photo ID of the person handing you over the boat. Damage Inspection: before the renter (you) can receive the boat, you will be asked to inspect the boat for any damages, interior or exterior, and to take a picture of any damages found. I will call your attention to any existing damages I am aware of, and will ask you to take a picture of them. Upon return, you are liable for any new damages of which you do not have picture proof of that would show that said damages already existed at the time you received the boat. Earliest LAUNCH time on any given day is 9AM. Latest RETURN time on any given day is 7PM. Renter (you) must have basic knowledge on how to operate a pontoon boat, and must have the required qualifications to be legally able to operate a watercraft in the state of Florida and surrounding waters. By booking, you accept and agree to all terms and conditions described herein.
