Boat will be full upon arrival and should be filled up when returned. -50% refund for weather related cancelation. -Late or no-show bookings will be charge in full and not allowed extensions. -Vessel is only to be used in mark channels. -Zero tolerance for drinking and driving. Renter driving the boat must not drink while driving. -Renter is responsible to any damages to vessel. -Boats returned after hours are subject to penalty fees of $50 plus the cost of fuel.
