Owner includes 1/4 tank of gas in price Most folks only use 1/4 tank. each additional 1/4 will be charged a $50 per 1/4 Renter must be at least 27 years of age. Renter is responsible for returning the boat in clean ready to rent condition. $425 rate for weekends $350 for week days Renter assumes responsibility of boat and all passengers. Rain out policy Summer rains are very unpredictable and typically short in duration. If you cancel and it rains more than two hours of the rental time I will refund in full VRBO Last Cove Lodge guests get a $50 discount per day
