What happens if there is bad weather on my charter date? The Captain is the ultimate decision maker when deeming if the seas are safe to take out guests. If this is the case, we will make sure to accommodate for a postponement or rescheduling, based on your schedule. We want this to be your special event or day out on the water Captain Provisions Per Bareboat Charter regulations, we are not able to provide you with a captain. We have a list of USCG certified, licensed, and insured captains, familiar with the boat we can share with you. If you'd like to provide your own, we will verify credentials and current certifications. Since we are not providing you with a captain, you will need to pay the captain directly as we are unable to perform any direct payment to captains. You can expect to pay between $100-$150/hour plus tip for a certified and reliable captain. I have booked. What now? Once your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with an agreement to be signed along with a Waiver for each guest that will be aboard the boat. This is recommended to be completed before the Charter, however we do have waivers aboard the boat for anyone who has not signed one. BYOB/BYOF and Rules: The Office has waters, ice, towels, and sunscreen on board. Any additional food or drink will be your responsibility! We are huge pet fans and allow them to come aboard. We understand dogs are part of the family, which is why we are one of the few charters allowing furry friends.
