Swimming allowed at your own risk. Boat must be anchored and engines off before any person may enter the water. Make sure swim ladder is down and the captain knows you are going in. Life jackets are available. Lily pad available. If cancelled for weather due to captain deeming it unsafe, you may reschedule free of charge. 100% refund available only outside the 5 day window. No running. Captain and owner are not liable for any items lost overboard. Captain Fee: $100-$150 per hour Security Deposit in the event of damage: A non-refundable deposit of $1000 will be charged POST-rental ONLY in the case of damages caused by charterer or charter guests.
