Sean is a long time native of Fernandina and of the surrounding waters of Amelia Island. Born in Gloucester Massachusetts, he moved to Fernandina at the age of 7, and grew up surfing, fishing, boating, and playing music. Captain Sean has been boating his whole life and holds a 100-ton Masters USCG license. Sean has previously captained a large private M/Y for the owners and their families for several years which took him through the Bahamas, Mexico and up and down the east coast of the U.S. He is also a Nashville Singer/Songwriter/Recording artist – with his knowledge of local history and unique storytelling, you will be sure to have an awesome day on the water with Captain Sean. Whether it’s dolphin and manatee sightings, seeing the wild horses run on Cumberland Island, bird watching, or just a relaxing day on the water enjoying the beautiful scenery, Captain Sean aims to please. Did we mention that Captain Sean is a songwriter? You’re sure to enjoy his stories and experience! We look forward to sharing our beautiful island and its waters with you! This was one of the most fun experiences we have ever had!! Captain Sean is amazing & played his guitar/sang for us. He is super knowledgeable about the area and we even saw dolphins & wild horses. This experience was perfect for my bachelorette party of 6. Stephanie is also great at communicating and helped us with any questions we had beforehand. 10/10 definitely recommend this experience!

Tours are scheduled at 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. daily. Seasonal sunset cruises are available at the hourly rate. Rates and schedule based on availability and current local weather conditions. Every effort will be made to reschedule any cruises canceled due to weather conditions.
