communication was amazingly quick and easy and Boris answered all my questions. delivery was very easy, the boat was ready to go on time and hassle free. boris provided a good quick orientation of the boat. the boat itself, while not new - provides excellent value and oa perfectly ideal for 4 adults. plenty of power for tubing (we had two adults on the tube at one point). Boris has bo restrictions on cruising area (no ocean but that's just common sense with this boat). the location is ideal for getting to doctors lake or pineapple point sand bar and boris provided good restaurant recommendations. returning the boat was even easier than collection and he provided receipts for the fuel which he dealt with at cost. would 100% recommend!
Our boat was brand new and super clean. Communication with Grant was so easy. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very accommodating. We had a great time and would highly recommend renting a boat with Grant and Wake2Wake!
Owner was very accommodating and the boat was there and ready for us on time. Boris had great tips and ideas that made our excursion even better! The boat is very comfortable and roomy. Had everything that we needed and then some. Had an extremely incredible experience on the waterways here. Got to go to downtown and then enjoy alot of the river and the surrounding waterways. Thanks to Boris we found a great swimming spot. He was extremely professional and on time and made it very easy for us to step right on the boat and go off on our adventure. When we return, we will definitely be renting his boat again. 5 star adventure and owner!!
We had a wonderful day over Memday weekend on the Hurricane Pontoon. There were 7 of us and it was a very comfortable boat, everything in great working condition, loved having the tow tube and gas grill for hotdogs! Boris is super friendly and easy to deal with, very helpful in answering all our questions, and so convenient to just show up and your boat is already in water! Will rent from Boris again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great day on the St Johns.
My wife and I had an amazing time during our rental. The boat was beautiful and well maintained. Alex's communication and service was phenomenal. We'll be renting again soon!
Boris is amazing! I had booked this reservation as a birthday present for my boyfriend. I'm in California and he's currently in Florida. Since I'm not present, trying to finalize something like this remotely can have it's challenges I.e. weather, but Boris was communicating and was able to connect with my boyfriend when we found out the weather was not going to cooperate. It was an awesome gift and I was told the group had an amazing time! Will definitely book again!
