Only adult renters who have signed the Rental Agreement and Waiver of Liability (“Agreement”) shall operate this vessel Obey all posted signs. Know and abide by all local rules and state and local laws. Do not ride out of designated areas; respect our wilderness. Do not tow other Boats or any other vessels No alcohol or drug possession or consumption before or during use while in possession of rented VESSELS(s) or other vehicle/equipment. DRIVER-SAME RULES THAT APPLY ON LAND APPLY ON THE WATER Be aware of other boaters. Be aware of your terrain. Do not park and leave vessel or equipment unattended. In case of breakdown, call our office. Anyone not following these rules or the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, or those who are caught speeding or riding without a jacket (age requirement/water sports), will be asked to return the boat and the remainder of their rental will be forfeited. VESSELS are to be returned on time or additional fees will be charged. There are no refunds for early returns. There are no refunds for inclement weather. There is a $100 Cleaning Fee for vehicles returned with trash onboard or if boat is left in a mess please respect the vessel Watch out for rocks and Debris while riding. Hitting rocks/sharp objects can ruin the prop and hull and damage the out drive You are responsible for all damage that occurs during your rental. Boat prepared. Bring a charged cell phone, suitable clothing, maps and bottled water. If you hear or feel anything that seems like you have a mechanical problem developing please stop and call us to prevent further damage. —-DROP ANCHOR SO YOU DO NOT DRIFT We reserve the right to further inspect and revise our estimate of damages after your day. You are responsible for anything that breaks during your rental. PLEASE DO NOT DRAG OR SLAM COOLERS ON THE BOAT DECK!
