Welcome Aboard “OHANA” our luxury appointed 20’ Sun Chaser. Perfect for up to 6 passengers with plush sofas, lounging chairs, and L-shaped settee with table. A whisper-quiet Mercury 60 HP outboard will get you there in no time. Departures can be from our dock at Tomahawk Bay Marina on Hayden Island in N. Portland or from other pick-up points in Vancouver. OHANA is fully equipped for your safety, convenience, and fun! All required USCG safety gear. A large Bimini top provides shade and cover on inclement days. There are three gates for access and a long easy-climb ladder for swimming. Want to listen to your favorite Playlist? No problem! Link your phone via Bluetooth to our stereo. Bring your favorite foods and beverages and we’ll have a cooler loaded with ice to keep them for you. BBQ onboard with our awesome Magma propane marine kettle. Porta-Potty with privacy area. Swim floats and toys available upon request. Where do YOU want to go? Take a trip all the way around Hayden Island. View Osprey, Bald Eagles, Herons, Geese, Ducks and possibly even a Pacific Sea Lion. Stop for lunch or dinner at the Deck, the Island Cafe or the new beautiful Vancouver Waterfront. Have a picnic on Government Island, play on the beach there or pick a bucket of big juicy Blackberries. Have a beach party on Lady Island or even go camping for a weekend. We can shuttle you, your group and all your camping gear for you there and back when you are ready. Other destinations depending on time available are the Portland Waterfront, Multnomah Channel, Portland Shipyards, Rooster Rock State Park, Beacon Rock State Park, Bonneville Locks, Frenchman’s Bend Park Vancouver, and St. Helens. Captain Joe has years of experience as a tour captain on both the Willamette and Columbia rivers. He has taken guests for memorable Date Nights, Anniversaries, Birthdays, Bachelor & Bachelorette Parties, Dinner Cruises, Corporate Events, Proposals, Sunset Cruises, City Lights Cruises, and Christmas Boat Parade Cruises. Our rate of $175 hour includes a professional USCG licensed Captain, ice in the cooler, and fuel. Tips for excellent service are never required, but gratefully accepted. Ahoy! Let me introduce myself. My name is Joe Bruzda. I’ve been sailing and boating now for over 50 years. I’ve owned over 20 boats in that time ranging from 8’-47’, and I have sailed in some of the most exciting placing this earth has to offer. I’m also a licensed professional Captain and have taught sailing, relocated yachts, and worked on adventure cruise ships up in Alaska. One thing I’ve learned with all that experience is that if you love and take care of your boat(s), they will take care of you! So, know that my current boats, a Corsair F24 Trimaran and SUNCHASER Luxurious Pontoon are both in top condition and ready to provide you with one of the most exciting boating experiences you’ve ever had. If you’ve never sailed on a trimaran, you’re in for a treat! Trimarans are FAST, but also very stable with a slight healing angle, and very easy to sail. Full payment to the GetMyBoat app must be made at time of booking to reserve dates. All communications will be exclusively through the App. All charters are subject to the discretion of the Captain in determining factors such as weather conditions, condition of the vessel etc. If a trip is cancelled by the Captain prior to departure, or while underway, then every effort will be made to provide a refund (full or partial) or reschedule the trip whichever is preferred by the charterer. Food and beverages are allowed and encouraged. Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation, but must be provided and self-served by the guests. No crew member may partake in any alcoholic beverages or open them for guests. If guests become intoxicated to the point that they become unruly or are a danger to themselves or others, the trip may be terminated at the discretion of the captain without refund. NO SMOKING OF TOBACCO OR CANNABIS is allowed aboard OHANA. Sorry, but pets are not allowed.
