6 or less guests we provide USCG Licensed Captain. It is illegal to include a captain for groups over 6 guests, unless the vessel is US Coast Guard inspected. We have Purse Princess a 50 ft yacht on this platform which is Inpected and has a valid COI (Certificate of Inspection) and can take 12 guests and includes a captain. If you group is over 6 guests, you may rent the vessel from us, but you must pay and hire your own captain, it is called a Bareboat Rental. You must sign a bareboat agreement upon boarding. 7-8 Guests bareboat is $ 400.00 per hour, not including captain. You may hire your own captain as long as they meet our qualifications. We can also provide a list of Captains once you book. Captains get $40.00 per hour plus gratuity. You must pay them directly. You assume all liability for the vessel as you are the defacto owner during the term of the rental. It is not insurable despite what other companies might claim.
