A Bareboat Charter Agreement and Captain's Agreement will be sent over after the booking is completed. You must sign the waivers and coast guard paperwork in order to proceed with your charter. A booking is only confirmed once completed, with payment collected in full. You are welcome to bring your own food and alcohol, or we can source it for you. If you do not see a specific add-on (like food, drink, decor) and would like for us to handle it, please reach out and we can provide customized options. Gratuity is not included and is not required, however we recommend a suggested 15% gratuity for your captain and crew which you may pay to them directly on the day of your charter. Should you wish to add any additional items to your charter such as food, drink or decorative packages, an updated invoice will be created reflecting the total amount due. Your balance is due 72 hours prior to departure. Your deposit is fully refundable 2 weeks prior to departure. Any cancellation beyond that date will count towards a credit for future bookings and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule. In the event of bad weather, we will work with you to accommodate the circumstance to ensure that you get to have the best experience possible. It is at the discretion of the company to determine weather conditions as a variable in preventing a charter to go out. Light rain, light wind, cloudy skies and cool temperatures does not constitute a cancellation.
