Cancellation and Refund Policy – Yacht Rental In order to ensure transparency and clarity in our operations, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all yacht rental services: 1. Cancellation by the Client More than 20 days in advance: An 80% refund will be issued, less administrative fees (if applicable). Less than 7-13 days in advance: No refund. However, the client may reschedule the sailing date once, subject to availability. No-show (not showing up on the day of service): This will be considered a cancellation with no right to a refund or rescheduling. 2. Cancellation Due to Weather Conditions In the event of severe weather or unsafe sea conditions (heavy rain, storms, rough waves), the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the service. If the departure cannot be rescheduled due to force majeure, a full refund or credit for a future reservation will be offered, depending on the client's preference. 3. Cancellation by the Company If the company must cancel due to operational reasons (maintenance, yacht breakdown, crew unavailability, etc.), the client will be notified as soon as possible. The client will be entitled to a 100% refund or may choose to reschedule their departure without penalty. 4. Voluntary Rescheduling Date changes requested by the client must be made at least 20 days in advance. New dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to match the original rate due to seasonal variations. Important: All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email. Cancellations via text message or social media are not accepted. Important Notice - Bridge Delays We would like to clearly inform you that, on certain occasions, delays may occur due to issues with the city bridges (such as malfunctions or operational interruptions). These situations are completely beyond our control, as they are managed by the city authorities. In some cases, vessels may be temporarily held or delayed while the bridge issue is being resolved. We kindly ask for your understanding that these circumstances do not fall under the responsibility of our company or crew. For this reason, no refunds, reimbursements, or compensations will apply in the event of delays caused by bridge-related issues.
